Whats the difference from whole wheat flour and just whole wheat? My bread says “whole wheat flour” and my pasta says “whole wheat” Is one more healthy than the other or are they the same? Does it affect how the body digests it or anything?

You want to look for “100% whole wheat” or “100% whole grain” on the package to get the maximum health benefits. “Made with whole wheat flour” means they added a little whole grain flour (usually less than 10% of the total) just to get health-conscious people to think it’s better for them than it actually is.
